This website is operated by Chris Jackson, a Strategic Design Leader and Design Futurist based in Wellington, New Zealand. References to "I", "me", or "my" in this policy refer to Chris Jackson as the data controller.

  • Your name and email address when you contact me via the contact form

  • Your name and email address when you download a free resource (such as the Futures of Design 2045 Scenarios or the Design Team Health Check)

  • Your name, organisation, and contact details when you book a discovery call or enquire about an engagement

  • Technical data collected automatically by Squarespace (my website platform), including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location

I do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial details, health information, or government identifiers.

How I use your information

I use the personal information I collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and messages

  • Deliver free resources you have requested

  • Communicate with you about potential or ongoing engagements

  • Send occasional updates or newsletters, where you have consented to receive these

  • Improve the content and performance of this website

I will not use your personal information for any purpose incompatible with the reason you provided it, without your consent.
