1. All intellectual property rights in the content and design of this site belong to Chris Jackson and Graphein.

2. We reserve the right to pre-approve, not approve, or remove, any content on this site, whenever we wish, for any reason or no reason, and without compensation being payable to anyone.

We collect personal information/data when you register for our newsletter or events. We do not intend to collect any more than we need to allow you to upload and post, but the internet and websites are great automatic information collection and copying tools, even where one does not intend that, so we will check and clarify this as soon as we can in a more detailed privacy and data protection policy. In any case, we will not sell or otherwise provide your personal information/data to anyone else without your specific permission.

4. Personal information/data is held by us and is held in a CRM system (Customer Relation Management). You have the right to check what personal information/data we hold about you and to ask that any personal information/data about you be corrected if it is wrong.

5. This site, your use of it and any disputes or other issues arising are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute or issues that we cannot resolve directly will be decided by arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996 (New Zealand) by one independent arbitrator of our choosing based in New Zealand, using appropriate remote participation technology chosen by the arbitrator at the time.
